Associate Professor Ts. Dr. Haslinda Binti Musa is a distinguished academician, researcher, and technopreneur with over two decades of experience in engineering, operations management, and technology-driven entrepreneurship. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Malaya (2000), followed by a Master of Science (by Research) in Applied Science from Universiti Teknologi MARA (2003), specializing in GPS and Remote Sensing. She later completed her Ph.D. in Operations Management at the University of Leeds, United Kingdom, in 2011.
Dr. Haslinda is currently the CEO and founder of ERADA Solutions Sdn. Bhd., a spin-off company under Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM). At ERADA, she leads strategic planning and innovation in EduTourism by translating academic research into marketable products and impactful programs. Notable commercialization outputs under her leadership include the Electric Beca (eBECA) and the Electric Boat (ePenambang), both of which exemplify her commitment to sustainable mobility and community-based innovation.
Throughout her career, Dr. Haslinda has demonstrated academic excellence through numerous national and international research grants, peer-reviewed journal publications, and active participation in conferences and collaborative research initiatives. Her research interests include Operations Management, SME performance, innovation diffusion, and technology adoption. She is also a reviewer for various academic journals and frequently serves as an external examiner for postgraduate theses and doctoral defenses.
A certified Professional Technologist (Ts.) and passionate educator, Dr. Haslinda is committed to advancing knowledge through practical, technology-enhanced teaching, and industry-academia collaboration. She is actively involved in nurturing future-ready talent through platforms like UCreds and in expanding access to experiential learning via digital and micro-credential programs.
